Thomas Anderegg, CIIA, CAIA
CEO & CIO, Co-Founder
Thomas spent 20 years with UBS, where he worked in all three divisions (Investment Bank, Global Asset Management and Wealth Management). Through his roles as equity analyst, fund manager and head of discretionary portfolio management in Asia he gained in-depth knowledge as a senior investment professional. In his responsibility as an equity fund manager he took the helm of several award winning funds. Thomas has advised large institutional customers of UBS and helped actively manage their liquid assets.
Within the Wealth Management Unit he has advised Ultra High Net Worth Individuals on asset allocation and security selection. His career stations in Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore offers him unparalleled access to a diverse investment network.
Thomas is a Swiss national with permanent residency in Singapore. He is fluent in German, English and conversational in French and Spanish.
Axel Ritter
COO & CRO, Co-Founder
Axel has over 23 Years of experience in the financial industry with senior positions held in Deutsche Bank Wealth Management and UBS Wealth Management.
Over his career span, he has established a proven and respected track record in designing and managing discretionary portfolios of funds for large private individuals which have substantially outperformed benchmarks.
In the latter part of his career, Axel has been dedicated to the selection, due diligence, approval and marketing of Alternative Investment products including Hedge funds, Commodities products, Private Equity and Real Estate solutions.
Axel is a German national with permanent residency in Singapore. He is fluent in German and English.
Amy Chung
Partner
Amy is a senior banking professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. Having worked in large US and European financial institutions on both the corporate and private banking sides gives her an invaluable edge to work with Ultra High Net Worth individuals on all aspects of their financial needs.
She has held various roles with responsibilities in relationship management, business development, consulting and business management.
During her career Amy assisted clients in corporate finance deals in Asia including cross border M&A activities, venture capital funding and IPOs.
Amy is a Singaporean holding a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Yoad Reiter
Partner, Relationship Manager
Yoad has 15 years of experience across capital markets, investment banking and asset management. Yoad joined Silversea Asset Management in 2012 after working at Bank of America Merrill Lynch investment banking division in Australia and Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a capital market’s lawyer and worked for couple of years at the foreign securities desk of Bank Hapoalim BM.
Yoad has profound background and knowledge across fixed income, commodities, currencies and structured finance in multiple industries including financial institutions, energy and materials, and real estate. He provides client advice and manages portfolios specialising in global high yield and fixed income securities.
He is a Singapore Permanent Resident holding Israeli and Australian citizenships. He holds LLB from from Tel Aviv University and is a member of the Israeli Bar. He also graduated from the corporate finance and IB program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Yoad speaks English, Hebrew and Spanish.
Antoine Foetisch
Partner, Relationship Manager
Antoine has more than 25 years of experience in the Private Banking industry. He started his career with Oppenheimer Co. Inc. in New York as an equity analyst. He moved back to Zurich working with Union Bank of Switzerland as a credit analyst and head of the proprietary Swiss franc high yield bond desk. In 1995, he joined Lombard Odier & Cie in Geneva as relationship manager advising discretionary accounts.
Prior to joining UBS AG Singapore in 2008 and developing investment strategies for South-East Asian and European clients, he was local head of the UBS Investment Consultant team in Lausanne. Throughout his career, Antoine has developed a wealth of investment knowledge and high competency in providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of public and private investment opportunities.
Antoine holds a federal diploma for Expert in Finance and Investment awarded by the SFAA (Swiss Financial Analyst Association) and obtained an MBA in International Management at the University of Dallas. Antoine speaks English, French and German.
Alvina Chow, CFA
Relationship Manager
Alvina has 12 years of experience in the wealth management industry, providing investment solutions to HNWIs and families. She began her career in banking with American Express Bank and was last with BNP Paribas Wealth Management before joining SSAM.
Focusing on Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong markets, Alvina has developed a deep understanding of the needs of clients in these regions.
Alvina graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hon) with Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She is a Singaporean and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Veronica Yip
Relationship Manager
Veronica has more than 25 years of experience in the Private Banking Industry, providing wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals in Greater China, South East Asia and Singapore.
Veronica spent the first 10 years of her private banking career with European and US Banks. Prior to joining Silversea Asset Management, she worked at DBS Bank, Bank of Singapore and HSBC as a senior relationship manager, providing wealth management advice to her group of high-net-worth clients for more than 15 years.
Over her career in the Private Banking Industry, Veronica has acquired a deep understanding of the needs of high-net-worth individuals, knowledge and experience in wide range of investment instruments, as well as estate & succession planning.
Veronica is a Singaporean citizen holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of London. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Florina Schmid
Relationship Manager
Florina has 11 years of experience in the financial industry. She started her career at Fisch Asset Management, a global leader in convertible bonds, in Zurich. There, she gained in-depth knowledge in various positions such as an RFP writer and portfolio manager. After moving back from Taiwan, Florina joined Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), serving international private banking clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and Swiss nationals across Asia.
Florina holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance from Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and completed her MBA at National Taiwan University (NTU) in Taipei.
She is a Swiss national, fluent in both German and English and has conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
